Extremely Disappointed with Samsung TV and Customer Service

I am beyond disappointed with my Samsung TV purchase and the abysmal customer service I have received. I bought a TV over a year ago at Best Buy, investing nearly $1500 in what I believed to be a reliable brand.

Little did I know that my TV would stop working after just over a year of use.
To add insult to injury, I opted not to purchase an extended warranty, assuming that a reputable company like Samsung would produce a product that lasts longer than two years. Unfortunately, that was a grave mistake on my part.
When I reached out to Samsung's customer service for assistance, I was met with a series of unhelpful responses. They consistently requested a receipt, which I thought would be a simple matter to obtain from Best Buy. However, due to my decision not to purchase an extended warranty, the store was unable to provide any assistance.
I find it incredulous that a company of Samsung's stature cannot offer any support or solutions for a product that has malfunctioned so soon after purchase.

I am now left with a non-functional TV, a significant financial loss, and a complete lack of resolution from Samsung.
I caution anyone considering a Samsung TV purchase to think twice and weigh the potential risks of investing in a product that may not stand the test of time.

As a dissatisfied customer, I expected more from Samsung, both in terms of product durability and customer service. Unfortunately, I have been sorely let down on both fronts.

I ordered the Samsung watch 6 classic back on Feb 1 at a discounted price for my mom gift and called Samsung online store 6 times in total and finally find out from them telling me that the product is discontinued and not going to restock. This is ridiculous and unacceptable as if product is not available you can't even order the product.

Very poor customer service I ever deal with.

Lost confidence with Samsung online store and I highly recommend people to stay away from the calling them unless you really want their products. I finally have to force to cancel my order and get the refund without further compensation of my time to wait for the order

Broken washing machine

The drum in our washing machine stopped turning - called for service - two servicemen came - took the entire day to fix the machine - left a terrible mess behind which we had to clean up ourselves, however, fixed the washer.
About 10 days later the machine stopped - the motherboard panel on the front panel came up with an error. The machine would do nothing at all.

We contacted Samsung for a repair and they advised we had to replace the control board in the back of the machine.
They also advised that the part number had changed - gave us a new part number and sent us a new part in the mail.
When the new part arrived (it took a month to come) we picked it up and brought it home to install. Installation is quick and easy, however, there was no power in the part so we had to send it back.
They sent us another part which also took a month to come. The exact same thing happened with this part, was a dud also.
We returned it and they sent yet another part. We picked that up and installed - did not work either, was also a dud.

So we returned that also.
When we received the fourth part they sent - this is now February of 2024 (this all started in July of 2023) We did not open the box but did note it had the old part number on it. We did not open the box at all, but contacted Samsung.

After 8 months have elapsed we still have no working washing machine.
When we spoke to Samsung they advised that there was in fact no replacement part for this machine and that the machine could not be repaired (this after we have spent over 8 months has passed) to tell us that the machine cannot be repaired.
Quite apart from the machine being rubbish - have to say that Samsung Customer Service does not exist - no-one seems to know anything about anything.
Suffice it to say we will never touch another Samsung appliance of any kind - their service is non-existent and they do not seem to know a lot about their products - the worst thing about this is they could have told us right off the bat that they could not replace this part and the washer was done !!!
Absolutely dreadful customer service - never buy any of their laundry equipment ... from what I can see their fridges and dishwashers are rubbish too !!

Garbage product. Worse customer service.

I bought a brand new 75 inch TV. It arrived broken.

They asked me for 20 pictures. The customer service guy was absolutely horrendous and after an hour on the phone to return the TV, I decided that it wasnt my best interest to go by the TV somewhere else.

I would recommend anybody thats going to deal with Samsung to take my advice and go somewhere else. If I could give a zero rating I would

Purchased a Samsung dryer n have had nothing but issues. I have had the dryer for 6mths. They replaced the computer board 6wks ago n again it's not working. I put a call in yesterday n no one has called back with a service date. I'm feeling so frustrated.

The first person I talked to I couldn't understand a word he was saying, but then he transferred me to a wonderful young lady who was patient, kind, and knew her job very well, I did appreciate her taking so much time to help me, thanks for training your stuff so well and that particular young lady she should work for you for a long time
